Fartcoin Is the first ever created coin with the name Fartcoin.

On January 22, 2018, Google engineer Neel Rao created Fartcoin. Neel created Fartcoin to learn Solidity, the program language used for Ethereum smart contracts. People could claim Fartcoin by sending Ethereum to the smart contract.

However nobody sent any Ethereum to the contract and All Fartcoin remained untouched in the Fartcoin Ethereum Smart Contract that Neel created. Fast forward almost 7 years to December 2024, and a new memecoin, also called Fartcoin, is suddenly trending among mainstream crypto traders with a market cap of over Billion Dollar.

On December 13, 2024 crypto archaeologist “goatishduck,” re-discovered the Fartcoin that Neel created in 2018. He then found out that the Fartcoin that Neel created was the first ever coin called Fartcoin. After goatishduck found out Neel his Fartcoin being the first he shared straight away this historical high importance event with the “NFT Discord” a discord with over 3.000 members that collect historical nfts and historical coins. After goatishduck shared the contract in the group within 8 hours a total of $350.000 was sent to the Ethereum smart contract.
