GameStop has announced plans to raise $1.3 billion through a private offering of convertible senior notes due in 2030, with the intention of using the proceeds to purchase Bitcoin. This move aligns with a strategy popularized by MicroStrategy, where companies use their cash reserves or raise funds to invest heavily in Bitcoin as a treasury reserve asset.

And with that, GME4200 was born.
