Accepay

Accepay points a token's creator fees at any X handle.

Most dashboards show you one number called "Received". Accepay keeps four, and
never adds them together:

PENDING on chain, belonging to nobody yet
CLAIMABLE addressed to someone who hasn't taken it
RECEIVED taken the only one that counts
LAPSED not taken, and returned

There is no received total anyone can type. It's a database view that sums
claims, and the database refuses any claim without the signature of the
transaction that took the money. The total can't be set. Only earned.

Every figure on the site carries the slot it was read at. Accepay has paid
nobody yet, and the page says 0.0000 SOL instead of borrowing an example.
