The incident occurred while a group of children were relaxing by the river on June 15. One of them began to drown. Then an 8-year-old boy rushed to his friend's aid. "He said, 'Come on, we're men, let's save him, we could have drowned too.' I told him, 'No, I was about to call the adults.' He said, 'Let's save him quickly,'" said the boy who was at the river with the missing child.
