1000xOracle

1000x Oracle on Pumpfun is a Callouts achievement card, not one official coin. The image you used is a Legendary collectible you unlock when a callout hits 1000x. 
Pumpfun’s Callouts feature lets people publicly call a coin. If that coin later does 1000x from the call, the platform awards the 1000x Oracle card (hooded character, crystal ball, green chart). That’s why the card says CALLOUTS, CALLOUT HIT 1000x, PUMP.FUN, and LEGENDARY. People post “I unlocked 1000x Oracle on pumpfun” when they get it. 
Separate from that card
A lot of unrelated memecoins reuse the same name (“1000x”, “1000x Oracle”). They are normal Pumpfun launches with different contract addresses and tiny or dead liquidity. Examples that show up in trackers:
• Various “1000x Oracle” tickers on Solana / PumpSwap
• Older “1000x” coins with slogans like “your 1000x sir”
Those are copycat tokens riding the badge/meme, not the official achievement itself. Market caps and liquidity on those listings jump around and often look empty or illiquid in aggregators. 
Short version: the card = Pumpfun reward for a 1000x callout. The tokens with the same name = random memecoins. Not the same thing.
