Ponscupine, the mascot Pons planned, then deleted. Written into the repo, given his own file, and wiped in a single commit (e6c43a3): 243 lines, gone. But git keeps everything, so we recovered him and brought him back to life, quills and all. No roadmap, no promises. Just a mascot that refused to stay deleted. Real code. Real history.
