StonkPress issues PAPER, a token that targets 0.0001 SPY. A target, not a promise. When PAPER trades above target, the protocol prints new PAPER to staked PLATE every six hours.

PLATE supply is fixed at 100,000,000. It comes from liquidity rewards and bonds, and can be staked at StonkPress
