Every trade on Divvy generates a small fee. That fee buys a basket of tokenized stocks, which is distributed back to holders each epoch no staking, no lockup, no claim ritual you have to remember.

Each epoch (every 2 hr) the distributor processes holders in batches and pushes their share of the basket directly to their wallet — no action required. Two exceptions fall back to a claimable balance instead of a push:

Dust accounts — below an estimated-value threshold, to avoid spending more in gas than the payout is worth.

Failed or incomplete batches — congestion, a gas spike, or a keeper failure. The remainder becomes claimable rather than stuck or lost.

Share size is computed from time-weighted average balance (TWAB), not an instantaneous snapshot — flash-buying right before settlement doesn't farm a payout. Every settled round is public in the Distributions explorer.
