IZUMI - Life before Neiro

Before she became the well-loved Neiro, a Shiba Inu admired for her affectionate personality, she was first known as Izumi. Her story began in a shelter, where her
name, meaning "spring" or "fountain" in Japanese, symbolized the happiness she brought to everyone she encountered. Despite the difficulties of shelter life,
Izumi’s gentle temperament and bright, soulful eyes quickly endeared her to the staff and
visitors, all wishing she would find a forever home.

That wish was granted when a kind family fostered her, renaming her "Ito." They chose the name because it was short and easy to call, hoping it would reflect the strong bonds they hoped she would build. During her time with them, Ito adapted quickly, her playful nature and curiosity brightening their home. Her growing confidence was evident as she explored her surroundings with increasing comfort.
