Babe The Blue 0x

Babe is a giant blue ox, born from North American lore. Babe is recognized as the guardian and friend of Paul Bunyan, a giant lumberjack. Babe and Paul first appeared in tall tales which were recorded in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Babe and Paul embark on a series of adventures primarily throughout the United States and Canada, using their giant size and superhuman strength to save people, animals, and the surrounding world. Babe the Blue Ox symbolizes strength, vitality, and companionship.

Babe isn't just a "blue ox." Babe is also a "blue 0x," tying ancient folklore to the recognizable hexadecimal foundation of all EVM addresses. This makes him an excellent unofficial mascot for the Base chain, and maybe one day, an official one 😀. In celebration of  Babe's presence on the Blockchain, we've created a custom contract that connects age-old lore with our current Web3 world.
